Voting in East Hampshire

Every year, in a process known as the canvass, EHDC confirms the electoral register is correct.

Residents will be contacted by letter or email to confirm their details are up to date. If they aren’t right, or if you aren’t on the register at all, then you won’t be able to vote in forthcoming elections. The next elections will likely be May next year for the Unitary Authority.
